Amethyst is a quartz variety that has been used by humans for over 5,000 years with the oldest jewelry dating back 3,000 years to the Egyptians.

Chevron amethyst features bands of white quartz in a V pattern and is considered "supercharged" amethyst, because it combines the powers of both amethyst and quartz. It's typically more opaque than traditional amethyst. It's also called dream amethyst and is supposed to provide clarity with our dreams.
