One of a Kind - Lapis Lazuli Pendant
Lapis lazuli, or Lapis, adorned the pharaohs of ancient Egypt, used in powder form by Michelangelo to paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. A powerful stone with much history and meaning.
This beautifully cut lapis has been placed in a recycled fine and sterling silver picture frame setting and antiqued to highlight the texture in the frame. Chunky rolo chain, with extender, is finished with a generous lobster clasp. The pendant measures slightly over 1.5 inches wide and 1.25 inches tall.
We also have stones available to create your own pendant, if you prefer.
Stones are all ethically sourced, of course. Made in Maine.
