One of a Kind - Green Kyanite and Silky Sapphire Mismatched Earrings

Set in oxidized sterling silver, and then accented with 14k gold organic charms and 14k gold ear wires, these stones absolutely belong together. The faceting of each stone just plays off of each other, and I can see the color combo working in spring or fall. I removed the backplate on the green kyanites to allow the luminosity of the stone to shine through, and on the silky sapphires, I added a little surprise on the backplate so the earrings will look fabulous from the back as well. The tricky part with mismatched earrings is to balance them so, while they don't actually match, they do look like they belong together. In my opinion, these check all the boxes!
